Return Policy
You may return new, unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Shipping
We ship every order the same day, if received by 3pm PT. Most orders are shipped via FEDEX. Your invoice will contain tracking information. Please allow the following transit times to receive your order:
WEST COAST: 1-2 days
SOUTHWEST: 1-3 days
NORTHWEST: 2-3 days
MID-WEST: 2-4 days
EAST COAST: 4-5 days
SOUTHEAST: 4-5 days
ALL ORDERS SHIPPING TO ALASKA OR HAWAII NEED TO BE PHONED IN FOR A QUOTE ON SHIPPING COST, PLEASE.
